Last week, we hosted an internal "Food Surplus Upgrade" training event for a company!

Through a fun and engaging workshop, we helped participants rethink the value of "overfeeding"—despite food surplus, many people still face food insecurity. This event not only raised environmental awareness but also inspired everyone to put their creativity into practice in the workplace, turning small actions into significant changes.

In order to genuinely incorporate sustainability into the company culture, employees investigated creative ways to turn food service into a resource and learnt how to reduce waste.
